Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank Information

We are a member of the Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank.  All members of the congregation and their extended families are covered for all blood needs.  When donating blood, please remember to mention the name of our church plus our group number, 0527.

Should you receive blood, please notify the Church Office so that a Blood Credit Release can be arranged.  Be prepared to provide the name of the hospital in which you were a patient, the invoice number from your billing (if available), the number of units used, and your Social Security Number.
